Enjoy travel - нормальное агентство, с адекватным персоналом. Ребята прекрасно знают свою работу, но выполняют ее спустя рукава, скажем так. Предлагают просто стандартные туры, не стараются прислушаться к мнению клиента. В остальном, все хорошо, работают быстро. Не возникло проблем ни с рейсом, ни с заселением в отель. Все оплаченные услуги соответствовали реальности, хотя если честно, я ждала неприятных неожиданностей, но все обошлось.
Был там с 25.12.19 по 31.12.19 все так и есть единстнвенное преимущество, это очень красивый риф.
