Грязно, пахнет плесенью, прекрасное море спасает, но на пляже стекло

Инфраструктура: 5.0
Грязь: номер категории супериор на первом этаже (1103) грязный, все металические поверхности ржавые, в сан узлах столько волос что можно проследить всех гостей с прошлого года.

Запах плесени (влажность/ржавчина) впитался в простыни и не выветривается ничем.

Персонал: на ресепшне приветливый но бесполезный так как решить проблему с уборкой либо переселением не может. Может выдать тапочки через 20 мин так как в номере их нет.

Море волшебное но кусок стекла который вонзается в ступню портит впечатление даже от него.
