тдыхали в отеле с 18 по 26 июня 2019 , как говориться по свежим впечатлениям . Отель не 5 , в лучшем случае 4, и только потому , что в 5 и все включено нет платных сейфов и полотенец , мы отдыхали в 5 и в самой Турции до этого , и в Болгарии , и в Израиле , и в Италии. Надо отдать должное - питание хорошее , все свежее и вкусное , уборка тоже нормальная . Все впечатление испортила служба на ресепшене . Вымогатели высшей категории! Заселение -30 дол . С кого не получилось слупить , как с нас , обобрали на 10 дол за полотенца . Не выдали квитанцию . Мы впервые столкнулись с таким залогом . И когда я попросила показать квитанции в 2 экземплярах , раз мы не взяли свой , нас попросили подождать 15 мин , и за это время они ее нарисовали и что самое противное , говорят - мы вам отдали 10 дол 4 дня назад ! А как же тогда карточки на полотенца остались у нас ? Сразу перестали понимать русский . Дело не в 10 дол. дело в том , что из тебя делают дуру за твои же деньги. Никогда не сталкивалась с таким хамством . Теперь понимаю отзывы , где писали , что предпочтение немцам . В этом отеле -да. Всем кто уже купил путевки - хорошего отдыха , кто выбирает - проходите мимо . На земле есть много прекрасных мест , кроме этого отеля. Мерзкая троица вымогателей (русскоговорящих слащавый тип , турок с треугольной бородкой и турчанка типа бухгалтер) на ресепшен во главе с управляющим зачеркнула неплохую работу всех остальных сотрудников отеля . Через полчаса после наших разборок с огромным скандалом с участием полиции выезжали пакистанцы. Суть скандала мы не поняли , орали они все дружно на своем языке . Вот так в этом отеле провожают гостей. 2 скандала за 1 час . Так что выбор за вами . А мы уехали с испорченным настроением
